Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading private investment holding company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Concierge, Private Butler, and Personal Shopper to support a prominent individual. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide seamless support in both personal and professional capacities.
Responsibilities:
Concierge Services:
- Manage the individual's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (local and international).
- Organize and oversee events, dinners, and other engagements, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
Private Butler Services:
- Provide impeccable service by attending to personal needs with the highest level of discretion.
- Oversee household management, ensuring the residence is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with preferred amenities.
Personal Shopping:
- Research and source exclusive, high-quality products and services.
- Manage the individual's wardrobe, selecting and coordinating outfits for various occasions.
- Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges, and coordinate shopping requests from family members.
- Establish and maintain relationships with luxury brand decision-makers to secure exclusive products and potential collaborations.
VIP Meet and Greets:
- Organize VIP meet-and-greet experiences, ensuring distinguished guests receive a welcoming and memorable encounter.
- Coordinate with event organizers and security teams to guarantee smooth VIP interactions.
- Add personalized touches to enhance the guest experience.
Guest Visitor Arrangements:
- Manage arrangements for international and local guests, including accommodation, transportation, and special requirements.
- Liaise with security to ensure guest safety and confidentiality during visits.
- Anticipate and meet guest needs to ensure a comfortable stay.
Entertainment Coordination:
- Curate a range of entertainment options for local and international events, private gatherings, and leisure activities.
- Collaborate with renowned performers, chefs, and event planners to create unforgettable experiences.
- Stay informed about cultural and social events to recommend leisure and entertainment options.
Hotel, Food, and Beverage Arrangements:
- Coordinate hotel reservations, ensuring they meet high standards of comfort, security, and discretion.
- Arrange meals according to the individual's preferences, working with hotel or catering staff to meet dietary needs.
Travel Bookings and Logistics:
- Handle all aspects of international and local travel logistics, including private transportation, chartered flights, and airport arrangements.
- Ensure seamless travel by collaborating with aviation services, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and privacy.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and restrictions to ensure smooth journeys.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Concierge, Butler, or in a similar role providing high-level personal services to VIP or high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands, exclusive products, and high-end services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (French would be an added advantage)- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Expertise in managing personal schedules, household staff, and event coordination.
- Proficiency in handling travel logistics, including international and private travel arrangements.
