Executive Chef – Education Sector, UAE
We have been retained by this well-established Contract Caterer to find them an experienced and very talented Executive Chef for a brand new, state of the art venue to be opened later this year!
Such an exciting job role and you will be responsible for setting up and on-going management of this amazing kitchen and various eating hubs.
- Experience in a similar role or a very strong number 2, ready for first Executive Chef role
- Preferable to have experience in top independent schools
- Very familiar with all dietary requirements and very up-to-date with current trends
- Able to manage and inspire large teams of kitchen staff and chefs
- Familiarity with legislation affecting education food business and best practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Very strong HSE knowledge and application
Salary package: Negotiable for the right person plus bonus, family benefits including schooling allowances
