Executive/ Associate UAE National – Fresh Graduate

• This role will support the Line Manager in coordination and implementation of various departmental or organizational projects
• Performing essential daily tasks that will allow the department to function and run at a very high level of efficiency
• Work closely with the team to manage agency relationships to deliver against assigned projects
• Initiate and maintain effective working relationships with internal, external stakeholders and third party agency
• Assist to the process of vendor sourcing and selection and monitor selected vendor performance
• Provide administrative and operational support for the team
• Generate team’s periodic and ad-hoc reports as required for weekly or monthly
• Create, generate and manage process related documents to the tasks
• Manage operational systems for the department

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, Marketing, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
• UAE National who has completed Military Service
• Has strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
• Energetic, open-minded, committed and focused
• Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
