Our client, a leading Multinational Health Insurance Company is looking for a highly efficient Personal Assistant to deliver secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. In this role, you will work closely with your manager, handling a variety of tasks that are essential to their professional responsibilities and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Managing the diary and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Effectively coordinate all travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Source office supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Devise and maintain an office filing system.
Requirements- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English language proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- High School degree.
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
