As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Kaizen, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO's calendar, facilitating communication across various departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documents for meetings and engagements involving the CEO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding corporate matters.
- Project Management: Support the CEO in various projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
