Executive Assistance Support Plan day to day activities to coordinate, schedule and manage Assistant Director General’s calendar to efficiently and effectively organize time. Communicate and provide information both internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations. Interpret instructions and implement actions according to the agreed guidelines to facilitate the day-to-day work. Ensure up-to-date MOUs are signed and maintained with local and international authorities with regard to Accident Investigation cooperation and coordination. Investigate and research files and documents to establish or clarify facts required to progress queries raised internally or externally. Control and monitor GCAA assets under their jurisdiction to ensure optimal utilization of them.Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Implement Security Affairs policies, systems, processes and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality dangerous goods services to the UAE civil aviation industry in accordance with the customer services standards.Internal Surveillance Program of the Sector Implement corrective actions raised against the Sector under internal surveillance program to align with international standards and continuous improvement.External Audits conducted on Security Affairs Support the administration of activities by external entities on request. Maintain records of relevant reports, certifications and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Knowledge and Experiences: Completed diploma or equivalent, from a recognised institution Minimum of 3 year’s experience in administration, preferably in the aviation field Aware of GCAA aviation policies and regulations Knowledge of document processing, records and report compilation
