Your mission
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of the region Middle East Russia Africa and Türkiye based in UAE.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Assist in project management and execution of special initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and office supplies.
  • Manage external communication and PR
Who you are ?






  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the UAE business culture is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, good understanding of Arabic ( French is a plus)
