Responsibilities: - Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Accountant and payment support
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and letters.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Payment and Invoice Management - assist the CEO in reviewing and approving invoices and payment requests.
- Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Monitor progress and provide updates on project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships as required.
- Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and streamlined.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate development or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle and industry terminology is a plus.
- English – Advanced, Russian – Advanced
