We’re recruiting an ‘Executive Assistant ’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support by managing the head's calendar, coordinating and scheduling meetings, ensuring timely responses from all invitees, and handling correspondence
  • Arrange and organize travel plans and itineraries for the head
  • Maintain organized filing systems and efficiently manage data and records

Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience within healthcare or pharma environments is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
  • Must have excellent communication skills
