Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support by managing the head's calendar, coordinating and scheduling meetings, ensuring timely responses from all invitees, and handling correspondence
Arrange and organize travel plans and itineraries for the head
Maintain organized filing systems and efficiently manage data and records
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience within healthcare or pharma environments is an advantage)
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
