Job Description

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Executive Assistant to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage all office administration duties across the MEA region.
  • Manage internal and external interactions on behalf of senior colleagues.
  • Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the administrative, financial, human resources, and legal functions of the organization.
  • Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Support senior colleagues with meeting activities, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, room bookings, and transportation requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
