Take over a key role as an Exclusive Operations Executive inthe Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 
 

What we expect from you:

• Lead the daily operations of the exclusive operations team, ensuring seamless deployment of professionals and vans to designated areas
• Manage day-to-day coordination with our supply chain to meet demand and ensure professionals are properly scheduled for their shifts
• Oversee communication between teams, including operations, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure consistent service delivery
• Analyze operational data to identify trends in undersupply, oversupply, and demand areas, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, and customer service) to improve customer experience and reduce cancellations
• Execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing manual efforts within operations
• Support the onboarding of new team members or professionals, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and meet performance standards
• Ensure compliance with the company's operational standards, goals, and timelines while constantly improving processes for better results
   

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in service-based industries
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, BI, or similar platforms
• Experience with operational tools and platforms (e.g., scheduling systems, CRM tools)
• Proven track record in process optimization and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in the home services industry or similar field is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello or Jira is preferred
• Knowledge of performance management and tracking is preferred
