Job Description:



We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Excel and Google Sheets Trainer to work with us on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Excel and Google Sheets for various business applications and a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to our clients or employees, helping them improve their data management, analysis, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and deliver training content for Excel and Google Sheets, tailored to different skill levels. Conduct workshops, both online and in person. Create training materials, including handouts, presentations, and practical exercises. Evaluate and assess participants’ progress and provide feedback for improvement Assist in troubleshooting and resolving Excel and Google Sheets-related issues for participants during sessions.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Excel and Google Sheets Trainer or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions, data analysis, and data visualization techniques. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Experience creating training materials and adapting teaching styles for diverse audiences.* Familiarity with other data visualization or analysis tools is a plus.
