Events Manager
Applicants must already be based in the UAE to qualify for this role.
Sector: Online Marketing, fintech, blockchain
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Office based: Monday to Friday
Estimated Pay: AED 25-35K pm + Medical Insurance + Annual Flights + Visa
Role Responsibility:
You will craft, organize, and help execute impactful, large-scale events that reinforce the company's mission and vision across all locations including the UAE and international.
This is an onsite role which requires a strategic mindset, marketing acumen, and project management expertise to ensure the events are successful from start to finish.
Required Profile:
5-10 years of proven experience in Event Management.Must have managed large scale events inside the UAE from start to finish.Knowledge of blockchain and crypto is advantageous.Expertise in budget management and expense tracking.
Character:
Demonstrated passion for intricate planning and multitasking.Flexible working hours commitment to accommodate event-specific timelines.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong leadership abilities coupled with team motivation skills.Capable of maintaining composure under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.
Education:
