Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring an Events Manager to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all requirements for events from concept to execution.
- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and meet their expectations.
- Manage on-site execution of events ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supplier and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Provide reports, analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 - 7 years of event management experience within the hospitality or F&B industry in the UAE.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, and project management skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules.
