Job Description

  • Planning and Scheduling: Assist in planning the event agenda, scheduling sessions, and coordinating with Emcee, Speakers or Attendees.
  • Venue and Logistics Management: Co-ordinate with Hotel for venue setup, seating arrangements, audio-visual equipment, and catering.
  • Participant Coordination: Research and Outreach Delegates, Manage invitations, RSVPs, and participant communications.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and distribute event materials, such as agendas, social & digital media content.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for attendees, speakers, and vendors.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams such as Development, Design, and Digital to promote the event and enhance its visibility.
  • Meetings & Updates: Conduct meetings with the internal team, including daily progress catch-up sessions.
  • Post-Event Report: Collect feedback, compile event reports, and assist in follow-up communications.
