Assisting the event managers with 4-5 projects simultaneously
Working with speakers (organizing the submissions of their Bios, PP presentation, scheduling test sessions, and offering online support)
Monitoring the schedule of events, order of business, and speakers' presentation decks
Arranging speakers and committee flights, hotel bookings, and ground transport
Managing hotel room blocks and reservation confirmations, room cancelations, etc.
Setting up registration desks onsite for the events and assisting with the registration process during show days.
Co-ordinating with hotel staff to ensure that all F&B orders are completed as volume, quality, time, and level of service.
Ensuring that the relevant awards, certificates, giveaway items, and tokens, are handed over respectively to the winners, finalists, delegates, speakers etc.
Assisting with the event’s marketing plan execution and social media postings
Following up with photographers, and videographers to deliver the photos & videos of the events
Providing assistance to the Event Managers with any other tasks required
Applying for an event permit (DTCM) for accreditation (via DHA, Int'l Accreditation, etc.)
