Job Description
As an Events Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of our events department in Dubai, UAE. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive revenue growth for our events department.
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative event concepts to attract a diverse range of clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving revenue growth in the events industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
