The Opportunity


You are a dynamic, experienced and ambitious Event Manager that will help us lead the strategy and experience for the entire event from A-Z conferences. The role will consist of conceptualising, creating, managing and executing the overall event. You will have a strong background in event management, strategy and stakeholder management plus a passion for leading and developing an exciting event. The role requires an innovative mind that can suggest and develop new ideas and create exciting new event experiences and event USPs.

We are launching a brand new innovative and exciting digital health event - DigiHealth aimed at bringing together industry leaders, startups, healthcare professionals, and technology experts to explore the future of health technology. Our mission is to foster collaboration, share insights, and drive advancements in the digital health space.


Who are you?


We are seeking an organized, creative and out of the box thinker for this new Event Manager role. The new digital health event will require you to lead the planning and execution of our inaugural digital health event with confidence and enthusiasm, bringing fresh new ideas and delivering a world class event from A-Z.


Contribute to Event Strategy: You will provide insights and ideas that shape the strategy for the digital health event based on your industry knowledge and experience.


Drive Excellence: You will understand key growth and customer drivers, striving for outstanding results while aligning activities with strategic priorities.


Event Management: You will oversee event logistics, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional events that exceed expectations.


Internal and External Collaboration: You will build strong external networks with key partners and clients both in the digital health space and in the wider event community. Also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to help bring the event to fruition across all depts.


Thought Leadership: You will contribute and help lead internal meetings with regards to brainstorming, milestones and thought leadership elements. Continuously look to enhance your industry knowledge through attending events and engaging in industry research.


Customer Focus: You will conduct qualitative research to inform strategies, monitor financial and customer metrics, analyze feedback, and present insights clearly.


Innovation and Product Development: You will transform innovative ideas into actionable event plans, ensuring clear responsibilities across Sales, Events, Marketing, and Event Operations.



Qualifications

Key Qualifications:


  • You will have proven experience in managing successful B2B or B2C events, particularly focused on developing and implementing strategic plans that prioritize attendee satisfaction in the digital health sector.


  • You will have exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple events and timelines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.


  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients.


  • You will have be a creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt quickly to challenges.


  • You will have proven financial acumen in managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.


  • You will have a passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences with a customer-first mindset.
