Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including exhibitions, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met while maximizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, catering, audiovisual services, and promotional material suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored event experiences.
