Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of events and exhibition stands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event production processes and the ability to handle projects efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Plan, design, and oversee the execution of events and exhibition stands, ensuring they align with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Production Management: Work collaboratively with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, incorporating feedback, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics such as venue arrangements, equipment setup, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
- Budget Management: Create and monitor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event coordination, with a preference for expertise in exhibition stands and event management.
- Strong knowledge of event production processes, including design, fabrication, and installation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and supplier interactions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences.
- Familiarity with event management tools and software is an advantage.
