About the Job


Responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining strategic alliances and partnerships within the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) and Hydrogen (H2) sectors. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and innovation in ADNOC Distribution's EVCI and H2 initiatives.


Job Specific Accountabilities


Strategic Partnership Development


  • Identify and evaluate potential partners in the EVCI and H2 sectors to support ADNOC Distribution's strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnerships, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Distribution's goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Alliance Management
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual benefits and ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align partnership activities with overall business strategies and operational plans.
Market Analysis and Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Project Coordination
  • Work closely with the EVCI & H2 Operations and Strategic Management teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership projects.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of partnership initiatives, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably within the EVCI or H2 sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the EVCI and H2 markets, including regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership management and business development practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
