Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink offerings.
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Ensure all orders are served in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas, as well as preparing for special events or functions.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and events to inform guests.
- Uphold the luxury standards of the hotel in both appearance and service delivery.
