Apt Resources is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager with European experience in Banquets and Events for our client, a top industrial catering company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the banquet and events sector of the industrial catering industry. Your key duties will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets in the banquet and events segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
