This role involves overseeing cleanliness and sanitation across the farm, office spaces, and staff accommodations, with a strong emphasis on animal care and maintaining a healthy, hygienic environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring facility upkeep, enforcing health and safety standards, managing housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and handling essential administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Implement cleaning schedules, oversee waste removal, ensure clean bedding, and collaborate with veterinarians to maintain sterile environments for animals; oversee animal hygiene and care through strict protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of all facilities, monitor cleaning equipment, and manage waste disposal per regulations.
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, conduct inspections, and implement cleaning protocols and KPIs.
- Ensures a clean and healthy environment across the farm, office spaces, and staff accommodations.
- Enforce hygiene protocols, maintain records, and collaborate on cleanliness policies.
- Monitor supplies, coordinate restocking, and address shortages efficiently while handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless farm operations.
