A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation for interior fit-out projects.
Proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and associated costs.
Strong understanding of tender documentation and contract preparation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in estimation software (C-Soft, Candy, or any other tendering & estimation software)
Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team.
