Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on interior fit-out joinery projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out joinery projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather relevant information.
• Review and assess subcontractor quotes and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction or joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation processes.
