To provide assistance and support to the Assistant Stage Manager, Stage Manager & Production Manager in the coordination of talent, tech, VIP’s and venue start up/shut down procedures. Create and maintain documentation of schedules, itineraries and production books. Day to day operations of rehearsals/ Shows and events, interaction with cast/crew/front line staff and guests.
Needs to provide assistance in planning the entertainment and running it successfully.
- Performing administrative responsibilities in support of venue(s) and venue management, which include; preparing weekly team member schedule, showing rotations and setting grids, daily flash reports and overtime justifications, documenting team member recognition/ performance improvement observations, venue supply inventory maintenance and ordering, budget tracking, maintaining company information, housekeeping inspection, compliance tracking.
- Performing opening and/or closing duties for the venue(s) including: checking in cast and crew, conducting daily start up meetings,
- Observing and Monitoring show sets & performances on stage/back stage/green rooms for show quality, safety and SOP compliance to ensure highest standards of show quality, guest satisfaction and safety being achieved; addressing and following up on any observed show quality, guest, or safety issues utilizing the necessary departments and Entertainment manager on duty to expedite a resolution.
- Communication of pertinent information inter/intra departmentally
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established Bollywood Parks policy, procedures, training and Team member involvement activities.
- Responsible for the upkeep, repair, cleaning, and running of all props during the run of a particular production.
- Needs to work in coordination with the other entertainment crewmembers.
- Needs to ensure that the performers have a clear understanding about their performance requirements including entry, exit
- In the absence of the ASM/SM, overseeing the operation of venue and is the first point of contact of team members, guest and interdepartmental partners when show critical decisions are made.
- Monitoring event logistics
- Performing other duties as assigned

- In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:
Essential:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years’ experience with live Entertainment industry.
- Strong computer proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.)
- presentation skills
- Proven excellent communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Desirable:
- 1-year experience in live entertainment with theme park industry.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and shows simultaneously
- Knowledge of Bollywood films
Requirements:
- Flexible working hours
- Physically fit -(should be able to lift and push with control)
- Willingness to work nights and holidays.
- Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) work in outdoor weather conditions to include but not limited to direct sunlight, heat or cold.
- Use a motorised company vehicle or personal vehicle for company business.
- Regularly stand for prolonged periods: walk for prolonged periods; sit for prolonged periods; talk: hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noise; climb stairs / ladders; use close vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 inch or less); use distance vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 feet or more); work in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting; work in an environment with flashing lights including strobe lamps; maintain alertness and attentiveness up to 4 hours while working varying hours
