Role & Responsibilities
Enrolment Strategies and Targets
Develop and implement innovative enrolment strategies to achieve and exceed student enrolment across the Liwa goup of schools and Teddy Bear nurseries
Lead data-driven enrolment initiatives aimed at increasing student acquisition and retention through effective targeting, segmentation and personalised outreach
Oversee enrolment lifecycle to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for parents, maintaining satisfaction and delivering consistency across all Liwa schools and nurseries
Collaborate with internal teams to set clear enrolment goals and benchmarks, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary
Marketing and Brand Development
Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to attract new students and retain existing ones, ensuring profitability and alignment with organisational goals
Position the schools' brand in the market effectively, highlighting key differentiators through compelling narratives and targeted messaging
Work with Liwa's marketing support functions to craft engaging content and strategies that drive awareness and applications while boosting the schools' reputation
Benchmark competitor marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Leadership and Training
Manage (in collaboration with each school principal under a matrix structure) and align frontline teams ie receptionists, registrars and activities coordinators to meet and develop KPIs and objectives
Identify and deliver training needs for staff across all schools and nurseries implementing workshops and on-the-job training to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
Parent Engagement and Retention
Foster strong relationships between schools and parents, ensuring concerns, complaints and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively
Develop initiatives to enhance parent satisfaction and increase student retention and re-enrolment rates
Recruitment and Outreach
Represent Liwa education at recruitment events, community events and conferences to attract prospective students
Design and implement and refine recruitment strategies to incrrease student application and admission conversions effectively.
Metrics and Reporting
Regularly monitor enrolment and marketing KPI's preparing reports for stakeholders to inform decision making
Measure the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization based on performance data

% achievement of school development plans: Monitor progress against annual goals related to enrolment and marketing initiatives

Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and or Marketing related topics
Experience and skills
5 years of relevant experience in similar roles and environments, with a proven track record of achieving enrolment targets and executing marketing strategies.
Organised, methodical and with excellent communication skills. Ideally bilingual with both Arabic and English skills.
Solid understanding of marketing and enrolment principles and processes. The candidate should have an excellent level of interpersonal skills, microsoft office skills and marketing tools.
Stakeholders
This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Enrolments, with some dotted lines to school principals and vice principals. Internal guidance training and support to be given to marketing and enrolment officers, social media officers, registrars, receptionists and activities coordinators.
Externally this role is a primary liaison with external partners, parents and community as well as governmental authorities
