English Tutor – The Tutoring Center Dubai
The Tutoring Center Dubai is seeking an experienced English tutor with a strong background in delivering either the UK Curriculum (GCSE & A-Level) or the International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma SL and HL).
At The Tutoring Center Dubai, our goal is to help students unlock their academic potential through personalized learning and expert tutoring. With a strong focus on English and Mathematics, we support students from the age of five and above, providing a structured yet flexible approach to learning.
Who We're Looking For:
Candidates must already be based in Dubai with at least one year of UAE experience. Experience working with a range of students, from those developing foundational phonics skills to those preparing for university entrance. Comfortable conducting both small group sessions and one-on-one lessons. Skilled in planning and delivering engaging lessons that foster academic growth. Strong ability to identify and address gaps in students' curriculum knowledge. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Additional experience teaching internationally recognized exams such as SAT, ACT, or IELTS is a plus.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in English or education with a specialization in English. An attested copy of the highest academic qualification. Police clearance certificates from the UAE and home country. Two positive work references (mandatory for child safeguarding compliance).
What We Offer:
Employment visa and medical insurance. A five-day workweek (one weekend day off, one weekday off based on the center’s schedule). Working hours: Monday – Friday (12 PM – 8 PM), Weekends (10 AM – 7 PM). 30 calendar days of annual leave.
