Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit students’ individual learning needs.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Incorporate interactive teaching methods to foster an engaging learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and communication with students.
  • Support students in achieving their academic and professional language goals.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous teaching experience (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to teach IELTS and TOEFL preparation
