Engineering & Project Lead

-           Manage and assign resources as needed within the engineering and construction supervision team.

-           Represent the company in front of client and services providers

-           Nominate and select Service providers to meet company requirements and target considering quality and cost of service

-           Assist in the design and build of tools and equipment.

-           Review Engineering Firms deliverables.

-           Complete and assist in the completion of design studies.

-           Manage project schedules and budget to meet project requirements.

-           Apply safety standards to design and works, participate, and have role in HSE studies.

-           Provide cost estimate and pricing for equipment and different project disciplines.

-           Prepare purchase requisition, Request for proposals and tender packages and review bids and offers.

-           Provide design inputs and reviews of other projects.

-           Perform and maintain work to local and international codes.

-           Input on design new processes including generating PFDs and PID

-           Review Engineering firms and vendors deliverables and proposals 

-           Assist in the completion of design studies.

• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
• Developing plans for Projects execution improvement including vendor selection, execution strategy equipment selection, time studies, and equipment layout.
