A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an Engineering Director for their team in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Manage projects from conception through completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Lead engineering teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, utilities, and facilities.
- Develop and manage the department budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to support projects and daily operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize engineering expenditures.
- Ensure all operations comply with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
