ENGINEER - SYSTEMS

1. Lead creation Assets in Maximo and confirm Purchase orders as needed, while working with workshop supervisors.
2. Oversee all monthly billing related to Engineering workshops related to third party through collaboration of planning supervisors and centralized billing team.
3. Organize data for monthly Strat & Go related data for KPIs and ensure accuracy of records.
4. Review all labor rates and ensure appropriate charge back wherever applicable, while being responsible for reconciliation of data with support from supervisors to capture all costs.
5. Review details related to all Preventative Maintenance monthly and follow up with planning supervisors for any pending or overdue task.
6. Control all details related to communication of relevant databases and work distribution including load test, registrations, and job plans.
7. Lead all collaboration efforts between IT, Planning team and Engineering sections SMEs to ensure system workflow are optimized and regularly updates as per the needs of the department.
8. Conduct all training sessions related to usage of systems team for end user and also ensure all team members are trained to ensure ongoing support.
9. Provide support to Quality team members to ensure all relevant documents and details are presentable as and when needed for any internal or external audits and quality certifications.
