· Production, Recipe Planning & Execution· Trouble Shooting of Quality & Production Issues· Played a Key Role in Achieving Highest Goods-Production· Planning Day to Day Analyzing to Achieve Nil Customer Complaints· Highest Monthly Production with Less Rejection & Very Less Cost· Preparing Correct/Suitable Recipe to Avoid Process Failure· Daily Monitoring of First Time Rejection & Final Rejection for Corrective Actions· Daily Checking of Finished Goods Dispatch & Finished Goods Stock· The Various Problems on the Existing Production to Find Out Solution· Assist with Customer Service, Product availability & Quality Control Related· Sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production, Quality Plan to Management

Skills

· Good experience inOperation management and quality management (QMS)· Production Planning various type of AAC, Reinforcement & Silica products Implementation, Concrete Blocks.· Every Week Once Raw Materials Physical, Chemical & Book Stock Verification· Raw Materials Planning & Following With Purchase· Played a Key Role in Achieving Lowest Breakdown, Rejection & Cost· Loss and Defect Data Collecting From Production· Coordinating With Mechanical, Electrical & Production Persons as & When Required· Management Review Meeting Scheduling & Implementing Those Works as Planned
