Engineer-Electrical Maintenance,TAFC,ACG packaging materials
Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Ensuring uptime reliability of 99% for all the manufacturing and utility equipments Implementation of various Kaizen Initiatives for continuous improvement.Adherence to maintenance budget to improve gross margin.
Core Functional
Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions. Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns. Ensure availability of critical spares. Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy. Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms. Ensure calibration of all equipments like weighing scales, pressure vessels, Process instruments etc Internal Processes Participate in cross functional improvement projects. Assist in preparing monthly MIS report. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation all equipments. Arrange resources required for maintenance activities.
