Job Description

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the current employment landscape of the top 5 competitors’ employer branding efforts in the region
  • Revamp the EVP in collaboration with the TA Manager
  • Improve branding in the materials shared
  • Collect employee testimonials from colleagues across the region for our branding materials (i.e. EVP, LinkedIn Life Page etc.)

Requirements
  • Should have a degree or some internship experience either in an in-house digital marketing role or within a communications agency.
  • Proficient in Canva or other digital marketing tools.
  • Should be deadline oriented and reliable.
