We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.In this role, you will:• Support the Head of Retail Distribution responsible for deploying the Emiratization Strategy Growth for WPB and support WPB Exco in executing the expected Emiratization target.• Collaborates with stakeholders to define the project strategy, and develops a roadmap ensuring all constraints of time/resources are met.• Support in planning, mobilizing and manage direct projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.• Oversee the tracking of project/s risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realization for the project/s and takes action to minimize impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.• Provides timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on management information.
