We are currently offering an analyst-level opportunity on our Graduate Management Program in the UAE for Emirati graduates with a desire to work in the Insurance industry. Working alongside experienced senior professionals, you will complete a variety of assignments across the business lines and support functions. The program will give you the chance to put your studies into practice and learn first-hand from industry leaders.

At the culmination of the rotational program, and based on individual fit, coupled with business needs, candidates will be eligible to apply for open roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Working alongside experienced senior professionals, you will:
- Be assigned to a specific business lines or support functions.
- Become familiar with the LivaInsurance UAE business lines, functions, and departmental relationships through completion of assignments and tasks at the assigned unit.
- Receive on the job and technical training related to Insurance from managers and experienced co-workers.
- Develop problem solving, project management, relationship management and analytical skills by supporting the day-to-day departments’ operations.
- Follow guidelines and conduct instructions from the manager, working as part of a cohesive team to identify and cultivate new opportunities and internal processes/procedures.
- Build communication and collaboration skills through engaging with internal co-workers at country/regional level, customers, and potential customers.
- Support in compiling and maintaining up-to-date data and information as part of the assignments and tasks assigned.
- Perform other duties as required that will help develop the foundation for your future career.
