Provide L1 & L2 level support, troubleshooting, and configuration for Desktop, Server, Network, and ELV systems, including but not limited to Structured Cabling (CAT6 & Fiber Optic), CCTV, WiFi, IP Telephony, and Door Access Control systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing remote support services across various systems and technologies.
Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (switches, firewalls, access points) and IP-based systems (CCTV, IP Telephony, Audio Visual).
Install and configure equipment such as network switches, firewalls, access points, CCTV cameras, and IP telephony systems.
Ensure systems are correctly set up and functioning according to specifications and client requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service, working directly with clients to address their IT and ELV system issues.
Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and support at L1 & L2 levels for Desktop, Server, Network, and ELV systems (including Structured Cabling in CAT6 & Fiber Optic, CCTV, WiFi, IP Telephony, and Door Access Control).
Experience with Audio Visual Systems (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, particularly for remote support.
Candidates with prior sales experience in a similar industry will be given preference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to think critically and solve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
University graduate in Engineering or a relevant technical field, or a diploma holder with attested certifications.
