Job Description

Supervise installation team to install various system components including piping, conduit,

cabling, panels, and devices.

• Manages periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to

ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably.

• Maintain accurate service records; monitor the performance of equipment and escalate

recurring problems.

• Maintain accurate records on installation and monitor the quality of installation work

• Log deviations between drawings and site conditions and escalate for early resolutions to

prevent delays.

• Ensure industry best practice and local codes are followed.

• Ensure site HSE requirements are strictly adhered to by the team.

• Review the Project requirements, specification, drawings, and design.

• Organize schedule and assign the work activity for his team on daily basis.

• Monitor & supervise site related activities and ensure that daily productivity targets are

achieved and in line with project schedule.

• Maintaining records for materials stock available at site and responsible for ordering

required materials, tools, and machines in advance to make sure that no interruption of site

activities.

• Responsible for site coordination with other contractors.

• Arranging the required permits to work prior to commencing site activities.

• Assign certain duties to technicians and explain how those duties are to be done.

Communicate how the successful performance of those duties will be measured.

• Supervise all installation activities and work force.

• Communicate job information to allow for effective planning and execution of project

requirements.

• Conduct the Inspection of assigned area and submit progress reports and recommendations.

• Respond to enquiries and complaints from the customer and co-ordinate the activities.

• Inspect regularly the quality of installation work and resolve installation related complaints.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Ensure Clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Review Time sheets of Technicians in coordination with TL/OM.
