Elevators Modernization and Upgrade
Enhancement Posted On: October 14, 2024 Closing On: October 29, 2024 Solicitation for Elevators Modernization and Upgrade proposal as per below SOW:
Supply, installation & commissioning of the 3 no's passenger lifts With Upgradation as per Latest Type.
Avant Tower Lift 18 ATF machine and the existing controller (300VFE) system for the OTIS elevator are no longer in production, and their components have limited availability. So it is recommended to upgrading the latest type to ensure the smooth operation and reliable of the unit.
Contractor should follow the below : 1.Ensure proper safety including ventilation, protective gears and safety protocols during all the time of work progression. 2.The specifications of the materials that will be used for the work must be approved by the Mansions personnel. 3.All the safety protocols (working at height, safety PPEs, hazard assessment, safety signage, emergency procedures and compliance with DM regulations) must be followed by the contractor during the work at the site. 4.Allow curing and drying as per manufacturer recommendation. 5.Clean the site every day before leaving the site. Dispose the waste materials in DM approved dump yard. 6.The contractor is responsible for any Authority approval and certifications regarding the designated work. Warranty certificate to be provided. 7.The work progressions must be updated to the site in-charge on regular basis. 8.Conduct a joint inspection with the Mansions Management before the site handing over.9. Method statement, Risk Assessment, Trade license, Workmanship insurance, Liability insurance , Security Cheque should summited by contractor before start the works and Contractor should follow the Work timing and If clearance required any location should address advance for further arrangements.
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: (a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of Mansions CM to the use of the subcontractor, and (b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
NOTE TO VENDORS As per the rules, all vendors supplying services in the Emirate of Dubai must have trade license issued by relevant authority in the Emirate of Dubai. Before you apply for any job in the Emirate of Dubai, please make sure to comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to do so can result in stoppage of funds through Escrow Account. Mansions CM, bears no liability towards any payment that is withheld by the Escrow Operator.
