Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures in luxury homes
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Coordinate with contractors and architects to ensure seamless electrical integration in renovation and construction projects
- Provide input on upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Maintain confidentially and respect client's privacy at all times
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- The role involves working as an electrician, along with providing additional support in caring for dogs when required.
