Minimum Qualifications:Technical School Graduate or Electrical/Electronic Diploma Minimum Experience:3 - 5 years of experience in similar role Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):Complete knowledge and understanding of plant, equipment and process in own area preferably in Steel Plant equipment’s and EOT Cranes. Technical awareness of Electrical equipment.Complete knowledge of operating and safety procedures and standardsAbility to work in a team environment and sometimes independently with minimal supervision as the task may be from time to timeStrong conflict management, facilitation and resolution skillsExcellent use of the English (must).Excellent relationship building skillsExtensive skill handling personnel from a multi-cultural work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to scan the external environment and to understand the impact on the businessExcellent decision making and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of Qatar and GCC culture and working environment.
