Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in buildings.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as engineers and contractors.
Test electrical systems using tools like multimeters, circuit testers, and oscilloscopes.
Replace and upgrade outdated or defective electrical components.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.

RequirementsRequirements:

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a building or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and ability to work in different environments.
