Electrical maintenance Engineer - Dubai Engineering & Technical

Main duties and responsibilities

Check and monitor equipment condition and perform corresponding actions or plans to prevent equipment breakdown. Perform conversion/set-up as required by manufacturing group and ensure good quality products upon completion. Modernizing control systems to minimize downtime. Maintain good housekeeping on the assigned equipment and in the assigned area. Implementing regular preventive maintenance on machine electrical panels, LV panels, vision inspection system panels, light tester panels, plant electrical facilities and other electrical equipment being utilized by the production. Monitors and repairs factory and office lightings and other plant electrical facilities that affect performance and working conditions of the employees. Perform adjustment and calibration of vision inspection system, light and leak tester, and other testing devices that directly affect quality and reliability of products Support installation, upgrading, testing, repairing of plant electrical system, production equipment and control systems.* Provides training on basic electrical/electronic and troubleshooting to production personnel to improve their skills and awareness in the production area.
