Job Description

* Conduct testing and commissioning of LV and HV switchgear and its components at the designated site.

* Perform testing and commissioning of VFDs and Soft-starters.

* Installation Supervision of Switchgear, VFD, SCADA & PLC Panel at site.

* Inspect and maintain test equipment on regular basis to ensure proper functioning.

* Prepare technical reports and documentation.

* Conduct reports for site visits and provide feedback to Client regarding any quality issues or areas for improvement based on site observations.

Skills

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical control schemes and troubleshooting of electrical circuits, control, and protection circuits is required.
  • Ability to conduct testing of LV and HV electrical equipment in accordance with the latest international standards, such as IEC or ANSI, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in operating sophisticated relay test kits and knowledge of relay testing procedures are also essential.
  • Knowledge of LV and MV VFD and Soft-starter is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Email writing skills and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is mandatory.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the willingness to take ownership of projects are highly valued.
