Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct scoping and feasibility reviews for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with ATEX rated zoning and relevant safety regulations.
  • Review and evaluate electrical designs, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation, to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during design reviews, offering recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate electrical systems with other project components and ensure seamless operation.
  • Supervise construction activities, including the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Participate in project meetings to monitor progress, address construction-related challenges, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Around 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on scoping, design review, and construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems in hazardous environments.
  • Experience in brownfield projects and relevant industrial  processes
  • Experience in Solar plants development
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional engineering license preferred.
