Job Description

  • To achieve our business goals, you will regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to provide insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and website performance, making recommendations for improvements and growth strategies.
  • Leading the e-commerce team, you will provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient order processing, effective inventory management, and exceptional customer service, with a relentless pursuit of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating extensively with various teams, you will lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, with the goal of customer acquisition and retention, along with constant performance analysis and data-driven refinements.
  • As the leader of the e-commerce team, you will steer the ship towards efficient order fulfillment, meticulous inventory management, and outstanding customer service, with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • It will be your responsibility to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring that product listings, pricing, and promotions are regularly refreshed to enhance the user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
