Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on Amazon and Noon, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
Optimize product listings for SEO to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each platform to maximize revenue.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance.
Conduct A/B testing for listings and promotions to optimize performance.
Manage customer inquiries and feedback on both platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment on sales goals.
Liaise with Amazon and Noon account managers to stay updated on platform policies and best practices.

Job Requirements:

Good proficiency in English, with reading and writing skills; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in operating cross-border e-commerce platforms, preferably with experience on the Noon Middle East platform. Experience on other e-commerce platforms is also acceptable.
Basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce platform rules, with the ability to independently manage store operations and maintenance.
Strong interest in cross-border e-commerce, with a willingness to develop a long-term career in this industry.
