Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Amazon Specialist to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's presence on Amazon.com, including product listings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement. You should have a deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and ranking factors, as well as experience managing PPC campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, and images
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive intelligence
  • Implement and manage PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, sales, and customer reviews, to continuously improve performance
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and fulfillment, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising tools
  • Experience with keyword research, optimization, and PPC campaign management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Should be efficient in advertising.
  • An experienced professional with the ability to handle customers and distributors.
  • Must possess the skills and experience in customer and distributor management.
  • Must be able to handle the suppliers, distributors, and customers on a regular basis.
